Job Description

  • Updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
  • Helping in the process of salary and benefits.

Requirements

  • A university degree in HRM, or an MBA in HR Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in different HR disciplines.
  • Familiar with preparing/updating employment records, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Talented to learn different approaches.
  • Skillful in problem-solving.
  • Strong team-working abilities.
  • Being sensitive to needs and feelings, responsible, reliable, and helpful.
  • Honest, ethical, and detail-oriented in completing work tasks.
  • Cooperative and positive attitude with effective communication.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint).
