Job Description

Supervise the activities of the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.Lead and coach medical representatives' activities.Monitor the sales team activities.Monitor inventory stocks.Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales challenges.Handle complaints regarding sales.Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives.Analyze operational records and reports to managers.Determine call plans.Manage contact lists.Monitor sales activities via double visits.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences.At least 5 years of professional working experience in cardiology lines.Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking.Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Good communication skills.Enthusiastic, energetic, and hard worker.Coaching skills.Teamwork spirit.Preferably experience in trade marketing in chain stores.
