Roles:

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare and archive financial transaction documents.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including phones, faxes, and emails.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to prepare informative briefings and presentations.
  • Carry out all payments and credit accounting activities.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to collection and expense reports.
  • Periodic presentation of management reports regarding incomes, credits, and receivables collection.
  • Issue invoices, notices, and financial report documents (invoices and accounting documents).
  • Carry out the necessary follow-up regarding the collection of claims.
  • Prepare financial reports according to management needs.
  • Prepare quarterly reports and added values.
  • Issue accounting documents.
  • Make archives related to the sales and financial unit.

Requirements

  • Excellent English capabilities.
  • Excellent Excel/PowerPoint capabilities (formulations/reports).
  • Proficient in ChatGPT.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Proficient in document management.
  • Age range: 20 to 25 years old.
  • Minorities/disabled people are welcomed.
