Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor, a pivotal role in our organization, to lead our sales team and drive the expansion of our brokerage business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will be expected to:
• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions and support.
• Compile and present detailed sales reports to management, tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Education:
At least a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA would be a plus.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with the brokerage industry and remote work tools will be advantageous.

Experiences:
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the brokerage industry. Prior experience in a supervisory role and a remote work environment is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, superior problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset are crucial. We value individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
