Job Description
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.
- Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results.
- Implement and improve Dana Energy's risk management strategy and framework.
- Propose proper solutions and mitigations for controlling operational and non-operational risks.
- Evaluate and monitor risk exposures and indicators (opportunity, hazard, uncertainty, etc.) for taking necessary actions on time.
- Update the ERM database in related areas regularly.
- Train relevant stakeholders such as risk champions on ERM-related processes and subjects.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related disciplines (Oil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in an area of risk management or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- An MBA/DBA degree is an advantage.
- Risk management qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Risk Management Frameworks and Standards (COSO, ISO31000).
- Expertise in statistical analysis and data analysis (ability to work with data analysis tools and necessary knowledge about statistical analysis).
- Good knowledge of Oil and Gas processes (familiarity with the implementation and processes of projects in the Oil and Gas value chain).
- Proficiency in project management tools (ability to work with MSP/Primavera or other project management tools).
- Fluent (technical writing and verbal communication) in English.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with IFS.
